When you contact us or become a client, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, business information, and anything you share so we can do the work. When you visit this site, we may collect basic, anonymized analytics (pages viewed, rough location) to understand traffic.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, send work for your approval, and bill you. If you're a client, we may access the accounts and tools you authorize us to manage on your behalf, strictly to do the work you've hired us for.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers we need to run our business (e.g. hosting, email, analytics, the platforms you ask us to manage), and only as needed to deliver the service.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If we manage accounts for you and you stop working with us, we hand back access and remove our own.
